Good Advice on Publishing

Pema, a wonderful WriTeen who was just published in New Moon, blogged over at http://thepemapad.freehostia.com/index.php?id=12 about the basics of submission. I recommend it, especially if you're starting to send out work and are unsure how to go about it.
